Subject: Immigration Hearings and Nazi Tactics
Dear Mr. Kenney,
Words fail me, which they mercifully rarely do, to express my extreme shock and disappointment at your lack of courage by barring Madi and Julien Lussier from speaking at a pre-arranged meeting. I have always been your biggest fan. You walked on water and you could no wrong in my eyes. But that you allowed the Liberals and the NDP to strong-arm you into preventing them from making their presentation is unforgiveable. Their rudeness in calling them White Supremacists because they interviewed a couple of people who are controversial when in fact their only crime is loving this country so much and wanting to protect it. Why is it that the TRUTH is so frightening?
“I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it”
~ Voltaire ~
I know that immigration is a very sensitive and misunderstood subject. And I also know that the immigrants of the past – or should I call them “pioneers” – were an integral part of the building of Canada. But the immigrant of today is not the immigrant of yesteryear. Many arrive with their hands out, knowing how to “work the system”, (the Khadrs), all the while hating our country. And as for those who arrive and claim “refugee” status – how they must laugh at us.
And so what if the Lussiers interviewed people who have a strong opinion on immigration? And so what if they write daily reports telling the truth about the crimes that are committed by immigrants? It’s the truth. No, all immigrants are not criminals but statistics do not lie and they do commit the majority of crimes. They are also a huge drain on the system and further, we don’t even have the infrastructure to keep on bringing them in. We do not need them for jobs. We have enough people in this country who could work but unwillingness to work as a claim to charity is unacceptable to many Canadians. Put them to work and stop bringing in more people. I have read all the Fraser reports and I know all the statistics. They are costing us billions.
I totally agree with this statement that Mr. Lussier made:
“Immigration is public policy. If we can’t talk about our public policy, we have no right criticizing a country like China for shutting down free speech,” he said.
Enoch Powell was completely accurate when he gave his “Rivers of Blood” speech. Just ask British citizens how they feel about their Sharia neighbourhoods and the disintegration of all the values that Britain once proudly stood for. Canada will become the same if we keep extending our hand. We have been the most generous nation on earth when it comes to immigration. Now I think you might start thinking about treating your hard-working, tax-paying, law-abiding citizens with more respect. People like me, who worked for 47 years in the trenches, paid my taxes, raised millions for charity, respected the law – and for all this, I receive the grand total of $1,150 per month in old age security!!
In closing, may I remind you of what John Diefenbaker wrote, words that you should remember when you are barring Canadian citizens from speaking just because you may disagree with their beliefs:
I am a Canadian, free to speak without fear, free to worship in my own way, free to stand for what I think right, free to oppose what I believe wrong, or free to choose those who shall govern my country. This heritage of freedom I pledge to uphold for myself and all mankind.
In complete disappointment,
Valerie Price
